It's OK that one thing that gets me excited about going back to school is getting to wear more of my clothes. While I love flip flops, sundresses and not having to blow dry my hair, I do enjoy getting dressed in the morning for work.
And this dress is perfect for school. Comfortable, lightweight and cute.
I will most likely be wearing it next week for my first week of school.
It's OK that even though it is still hot I had to try this dress on with my new boots. I've wanted these boots since last year but never found my size.
It's OK that they surpassed my $15 rule by $35.

Now I probably wouldn't buy the owl dress with my own money, but I figured if it's free it might be nice to get a fun dress. However, the striped one is really cute too.
What do you think?
I absolutely love the striped one but you have a point. Maybe you should buy something you'll never spend your own money on! But then you want something you really love that you'll wear all the time so I'm going to go with the stripes.

i own that striped dress in blue and white and i love it. the only thing is that the straps don't sit right in the crook of your shoulders, they are more on the corner of your shoulder, so they sometimes slip off. that is the only bad thing i can say about it. however, that owl dress is so fun and unique! also, yes, you definitely deserve those boots...so glad you splurged!

One of the reasons that I can't wait for school is to actually start wearing more clothes, too! I say go with the owl print. The necklace is beautiful and you can wear it tucked in with a skirt for double the outfits!
