A few summers ago, once school ended Chris referred to me many times as "Summer Katie."
Implying that in the summer I am a different person.
At first I was offended, thinking he must think (and then make others think) that I am unhappy, crabby and not as fun during the school year.
Then I was honest with myself. Let's be real here.
Who wouldn't be more relaxed, enjoyable and more fun to be around when they aren't working?
I'm pretty sure I am.
Well with today being the last day of school hello Summer Katie!
Oohhh Summer Katie, I'm jealous :) My mom is an assistant Pre-K teacher, so I get real jealous during the Summer, ha! Love your outfit! You wear the maxi so well!

If today is your last day, do you start back in late August? I remember getting out of school mid May. (But this has been 15 years ago...I'm probably not remembering correctly.) I love the necklace by the way. I always forget about World Market for jewelry options.

That is so funny - I think I would totally be the same way, but alas I work year-round. I do get to leave my work at work though. At 5 o'clock I'm done and I like it that way!
